He is a Professional Social Entrepreneurs and a Master trainer for new start up and A Business coach for Potential younger entrepreneurs with only innovative business ideas, he is currently a Lecturer at University of Rwanda and Head of grid innovation hub and incubation at the Center of energy. Pascal has expertise in social innovation, business development and commercialization. He is a skilled business mentor for star-ups and acceleration program.
