Mr Fabian Van Oevelen

Many of the world's most pressing social and environmental challenges can only be solved by collaborating united and globally. Supporting this mantra is my passion and great interest. I contribute to this on a daily basis by facilitating and providing innovation and learning experiences to talented and passionate youth to create social impact. Additionally, I lead partnership initiatives that enable funding and community and implementation support for those who have great ideas but not necessarily have the opportunities to turn their ideas into solutions. I strive to learn and apply continuously what incentivizes people to behave sustainably and how to best support them in their missions. I most enjoy working in international environments where multi-disciplinary teamwork and actively creating a psychologically safe environment matter. In my spare time I refuel my energy through fieldhockey, long-distance running, competing in and creating quizzes, participating in local foodwaste initiatives, and cooking vegetarian food from around the world.
